3. We are currently seeking to hire a to join this dynamic team.
5. Responsibilities:
6. Assist in developing and implementing test strategies and plans
7. Coordinate and manage testing activities including functional, regression, performance, UAT, and Hypercare
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT criteria and ensure business requirements are met
9. Facilitate UAT sessions, gather end-user feedback, and document results
10. Manage post-go-live Hypercare activities and resolve issues promptly
11. Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and results
12. Identify, document, and track defects
13. Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices
14. Support training and mentoring of junior testers

1. Requirements:
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3. Experience in software testing or quality assurance
4. Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT); ideally also with Hypercare management
5. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
6. Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
