We’re a 5-6person, science-driven startup building health & productivity apps for the App Store. Every month we turn data-backed insights into polished MVPs that help users live better, think clearer, and get more done.


Job Summary

You’ll be our very first marketing hire, working side-by-side with the founder and product squad to research markets, shape MVPs, and launch campaigns that put our apps on the map. Success = validated demand, standout positioning, and growth metrics that beat industry benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities


  • Market & ASO research – Use App Figures, Sensor Tower, TikTok Creative Center, ChatGPT, etc. To uncover keyword gaps, user pain points, and competitor weaknesses.
  • Strategic input – Present insights that influence feature sets, pricing, and go-to-market roadmaps.
  • Growth campaigns – Plan and run organic, paid, and influencer initiatives; write hooks, set up A/B tests, track KPIs, and iterate fast.
  • Content creation – Produce short-form videos, blog posts, email workflows, and in-app messages that translate behavioral science into engaging stories.
  • Performance analytics – Monitor installs, retention, and conversion rates; share actionable learnings at weekly growth stand-ups.


Qualifications


  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • 20-30 hours per week for 6 months (flexible around studies; Erasmus paperwork supported).
  • Curious about consumer tech, wellness, and productivity.
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis (Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.) and current social-media trends.
  • Self-starter who proposes, tests, and learns quickly.


Bonus points for:

• Figma, CapCut, or Canva skills

• Experience with Apple Search Ads or Meta Ads Manager
