About Zynap

Launched in 2024, Zynap is on a mission to Outsmart Cybercrime. We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building an advanced product to tackle complex digital challenges in the B2B space. Our team is dynamic, ambitious, and thrives on cutting-edge technologies. We foster a collaborative culture built on creativity, ownership, and team spirit.

Zynap was founded by Daniel Solís and a team of tech experts from Blueliv, a successful cybersecurity startup. If you're passionate about shaping company culture and building strong teams from the ground up, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Role Description

We are looking for a Talent & Culture Specialist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and hands-on experience in fast-paced startup or final-company environments. You will be the driving force behind building Zynap’s team, taking full ownership of recruitment strategies and execution. Beyond hiring, you will also play a pivotal role in developing people processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience, and helping shape the culture of a growing cybersecurity startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (technical and business roles), ensuring an excellent candidate experience and fast, effective hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
  • Design and implement startup-friendly HR policies (vacation, remote work, training, etc.).
  • Build and continuously improve onboarding processes to guarantee fast integration of new hires.
  • Drive culture and employee engagement initiatives (feedback sessions, rituals).
  • Oversee basic HR operations: payroll, contracts, benefits, legal compliance (with support from external providers).
  • Support managers and team members with growth, learning, and performance processes.
  • Foster transparent communication across teams and reinforce a strong, motivated company culture.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with a strong track record in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a startup or final-company (not only agency/consulting).
  • Proven ability to recruit across different profiles (engineering, product, business).
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in dynamic, scaling environments.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to create structure from scratch.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a “culture builder” mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish required.
  • Comfortable using digital HR tools (ATS, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).
  • Genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity is a plus.

What We Offer

  • The chance to own Talent Acquisition and build the People function from the ground up.
  • Join a mission-driven startup with real impact in the cybersecurity space.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Young, motivated, and collaborative team where your voice matters.
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility.
  • Training budget and learning opportunities.
