The ideal candidate for this role is a native German speaker that has experience in full-cycle recruitment and a strong commercial mindset.

While previous business development experience is highly valued, it's not a strict requirement, if you’re motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow in a sales-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Ideally, 2 years of experience in 360° recruitment.
• Experience in business development is a plus, but not mandatory
• Previous experience in 360° recruitment focused on Tech/IT profiles is highly valued
• Native German; advanced English or Spanish
• Strong commercial mindset and passion for sales
• Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven approach

Your Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Job postings, active sourcing, interviews, client coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-up
• Proactive Networking: Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our proprietary database to identify top specialized talent
• Strategic Consulting: Advise both clients and candidates to create perfect matches and long-term partnerships
• Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients hands in hands with the management team
