Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist – Engineering profiles for International Projects

Do you have a passion for talent and want to work in a truly global environment? At Alten, a leading consulting firm in engineering and technology, we are looking for a Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to join our team and work on international recruitment processes: projects delivered in Spain, but with teams based across different countries.

What you will do

Source and attract engineering profiles for international projects.

Manage interviews and recruitment processes in English.

Collaborate with managers from different countries to understand project requirements.

What we are looking for

✅ University degree.

✅ Fluent English (minimum B2).

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✅ Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for engineering and consulting.
