Talent Acquisition Specialist – Strategic Role in Global E-commerce

Location: Madrid (100% on-site)

Contract: 1-year via Adecco (with real potential for internalization)

Salary: €30,000–€35,000 gross/year

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR department of a leading global e-commerce company. In this role, you will work closely with local hiring managers and international leadership to attract and hire top talent, contributing directly to the company’s ongoing growth and success.

Native Spanish and fluent English are required

Written comprehension of Chinese is a strong plus, but spoken fluency is not required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across appropriate channels
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership
• Build partnerships with universities and training centers to grow the talent pipeline

Your Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within e-commerce or tech sectors
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to read and understand written Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
