We are currently looking for a qualified Transport Media Management Support Specialist- Logistic.

Responsibilities:


  • Support WS1: Remove & anticipate bottlenecks, secure 25.
  • Support WP 1.0 to WP 1.4 covering internal and external media scopes (Cabin, Aerostructure, Material, Equipment).
  • Ensure all flows are identified and loop attributes are documented (TP count, cycle time, ownership).
  • Support loop sizing using boomerang tool or perform calculations directly.
  • Provide synthesis of new needs with clear Airbus and supplier responsibilities.
  • Support technical explanation of calculations to suppliers.
  • Support WS3: Deploy transport media management system.
  • Assist in implementing local control towers in PIOx locations (Q3/Q4 2025).
  • Support WP 3.2: Manage transport media flows and A320 Fam. Flow analysis.
  • Ensure local presence or regular travel to Germany (HBG), UK (BRO), and Spain (GET).
  • Coordinate reporting across all PIOx scopes including PIOL/PIOW in France.


Requirements:


  • Experience in logistics, transport media management, or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to perform flow analysis and loop sizing calculations.
  • Familiarity with Airbus operations and supplier coordination.
  • Strong communication skills for technical explanations.
  • Willingness to travel and work in international environments.
  • High level of English (at least B2).
