Your Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Work closely with clients to understand their archiving needs and implement SAP OpenText Archiving solutions that meet business requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP OpenText Archiving systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Integration: Integrate SAP OpenText Archiving with existing SAP modules.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the SAP OpenText Archiving solutions.(Based on requirements)
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP OpenText features and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Your Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Archiving.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP OpenText Archiving and Document Management solutions.
• Experience with SAP Archivelink and other relevant SAP modules.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantage.
