✨ Your Role

• Plan and execute influencer marketing activation for the Spanish market aligned with the company strategy and objective;
• Research and identify key influencers and digital personalities across social media platforms.
• Build outstanding working relationships with our current ambassador portfolio and new onboarding. Become a day to day contact ensuring that every Influencer has an amazing experience
• Responsible for negotiating with talents/influencer agencies;
• Analyse and track our monthly influencer partnerships, including ensuring KPIs are being achieved and requirements are met;
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams in order to achieve monthly KPI

What You’ll Bring

• Native or Bilingual level of Spanish Language. Advanced level in English, other languages will be a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or previous experience in social media agencies.
• Relevant knowledge of influencers and social trend;
• Knowledge of using digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.;
• Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.
