Professional Services Consultant – Zero Trust (Madrid Based)

Are you a seasoned security expert with a passion for Zero Trust architecture and enterprise-level implementation? We’re seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join a leading Cyber Security vendor delivering cutting-edge Zero Trust and SASE solutions to global clients.

About the Role:

As a Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in post-sales delivery, guiding customers through the implementation of advanced security solutions. You’ll be hands-on with technologies like ZTNA, DLP, CASB, Email Security, and more—ensuring clients unlock the full value of their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of Zero Trust services, ensuring timely and organized implementation.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, test plans, migration plans, etc.).
• Execute changes within customer environments and provide integration guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, collaborating with support and engineering teams.
• Share knowledge internally and externally, contributing to best practices and operational assets.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or security engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.
• Expertise in Zero Trust technologies: ZTNA, SWG, RBI, DLP, CASB, Cloud Email Security.
• Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, SAML, ADFS, and IdP configurations.
• Experience with proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with MDM platforms, AzureAD, Intune, Active Directory.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).
• Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, CCNP, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Fluency in a second European language.
