We're Hiring: Web Analytics Specialist

Location: Spain - Malaga - 2 x Days onsite in the office a week.

45,000 - 55,000 EUROS

Are you fluent in Matomo, GTM, Meiro, and heatmaps?

Ready to own thier digital data stack and help drive smarter decisions across the business?

My client is looking for a hands-on Web Analytics Specialist to join their BI team, someone who lives and breathes tagging, tracking, dashboards, and data governance.

What you’ll do:

• Keep our analytics stack sharp across platforms (Matomo, GTM, Meiro, Hotjar)
• Own our tagging + tracking strategy, data layers, and consent tools
• Partner with marketing, UX, and devs to turn clicks into insights
• Support smart campaign tracking, A/B tests, and data integration
• Help build the foundation for future predictive modelling + AI

What you bring:

• Solid GTM skills and some Matomo know-how
• Comfort with debugging tags (HTML/JS basics)
• Understanding of CDPs, cookies, and UX tools
• Strong data mindset and attention to detail

Bonus if you’ve worked with Meiro, Hotjar, campaign tagging, or GDPR compliance.
