MISSION:
Ensure that Service Delivery tasks (Invoicing & Disputes) are completed efficiently to meet customer requirements and adhere strictly to Group processes and local legal requirements.
TASKS:
- Invoicing of shipping freights (import and export)
- Billing for additional expenses
- Invoicing of DDSM
- Transmission of vessels from origin to destination
- Resolution of customer disputes
- Control & attention to VIP clients
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Customer service/ user support
- Customer invoicing
- Risk management
- Understanding of the legal and/or regulatory framework
- Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation
- English
- Software / IT Applications
