✍WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Development and Customization:

1. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.
2. Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer workflows, and catalog items based on requirements.
3. Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, views, and records.

Application Design and Implementation

Platform Maintenance

Process Automation

Troubleshooting and Support

Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication

Implementation of Best Practices

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: minimum 3 years of experience
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Studio, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Script Debugger, etc.).
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
• Knowledge of data structures within ServiceNow, such as CMDB, tables, and relationships.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) for integration.
• Familiarity with database management (MySQL, etc.) and data import/export techniques in ServiceNow.

• Workplace: Madrid (Hybrid model)
• Work Schedule: 9-18hs + On call
