Pharmaceutical company looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units (Operations). The position works across all the HR function to deliver value-added service and supports an organization’s growth and objectives. Operations area includes the Production, Engineering - Maintenance & Sustainability, Quality Compliance, IT, and Supply Chain departments.


Responsibilities

  • Build a strategic partnership with functional leaders to contribute to the design of effective employee solutions related to organizational design & development, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, retention etc.
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, creating people-centric strategies to meet business demands through a strong understanding and knowledge of our people.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, lead and drive change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.
  • Collaborating and coordinating global projects with the Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops Team and HR Business Partners.


Qualifications / Experience

  • University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated.
  • Experience as an HR professional in manufacturing companies, over a period of 5 years- Experience in Spanish employment/labor law.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, learning & development, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate and drive towards solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in communicating and influencing with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Strong business acumen and keen desire to grasp the business reality.
