What you'll do:
- You will manage the entire process of finding, identifying, attracting, selecting and retaining talent
- You will be responsable for pre-screening the candidates
- You will conduct Phone and Skype interviews, ensuring the perfect fit with the techical skills, values and culture of our company
- You will assist in interviews
- You will keep track of data and manage our databases
- You'll report to Managers and keep a close communication with them
- You'll take care of administrative tasks, contributing to the organization and ensuring the success of all kind of activities
- Support the Onboarding process of new employees
- You will have the opportunity to support Spain and other countries, interacting with people all around the world

Who you are:
- You are a motivated to be part of a team that is passioned about people
- You are currently living in Madrid
- You have a good level of Excel
- Native level of Spanish/Other Language + Fluent English (3rd language is a plus)
- You are proactive, excited to contribute with your ideas, and able to work independently
- You have the possibility of obtaining an University Agreement, and work 8 hours/day. The University agreement will be mandatory in order to join our team.
