We’re Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (Operational Controller)

Location: Beniarbeig and Dénia (Alicante, Spain)

Industry: Healthcare Services

On-site position: Working from both the client’s premises and BENITAX ASESORES offices

What will you do?

At BENITAX ASESORES, we’re looking to add to our team a highly analytical and hands-on professional who will work exclusively for an international healthcare client, acting as a key liaison between the Spanish subsidiary and the group headquarters in Ireland.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze expenses and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, detect deviations, and perform variance analysis.
• Support internal audits and documentation controls.
• Liaise with the Irish headquarters to report and explain the local financial position.
• Coordinate with our in-house accounting team to ensure seamless financial management.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in controlling or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong command of Excel and financial tools.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher) – English will be your primary working language.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle (due to alternating work locations).
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Initial phase: 3 days at the client’s office + 2 days at BENITAX
• Later phase: 4 days at the client’s office + 1 day at BENITAX
• Indicative salary range: €26,000 – €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience and profile.
