Hikvision is searching for an Operations Specialist in Madrid.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the PO register and delivery follow up.
• Responsible for customer consult and solve dispute.
• Process management, e.g. Rebate, credit notes, special price, product, samples, credit limit etc which related to the order management.
• Cooperate with different departments including Spain Local, EU hub and China HQ for optimizing internal process and improve customer satisfaction.
• Other events requested by manager.

4. 与西班牙本地、欧洲中心和中国总部等不同部门协作，优化内部流程，提高客户满意度；
5. 经理要求的其他事务。

要求：
