  • Help develop and refine scalable internal processes to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, across different geographies.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis requests and deliver clear, actionable insights independently.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Operations in a technology services or consulting environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, array functions, scripting/macros a plus).
  • Strong experience with Looker Studio (or similar BI tools like Tableau, Power BI) for dashboard creation and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Track record of proactively identifying gaps in processes, proposing solutions, and driving implementation.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in distributed, international teams and multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, or other workflow/project management tools.
  • Exposure to financial and operational management in a company scaling from 200–500 employees.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or database querying (SQL basics).
