We are currently hiring a German-speaking Territory Sales Representative for a global leader in design and manufacturing technology, based in Barcelona.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships with C-level, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced and very innovative environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for a defined territory, driving new business through channel partners and developing tailored account strategies. You’ll play a key role in accelerating digital transformation for customers across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and media sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in your assigned territory
- Identify and engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and closing add-on opportunities
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver impactful client presentations and facilitate discovery workshops
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize customer value and retention
Candidate Profile
- Native-level German speaker with fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT or SaaS - full sales cycle
- Strong track record in consultative selling and closing deals
- Skilled in engaging executive-level decision-makers
- Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Background in engineering, IT, or manufacturing is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model and across multiple stakeholders
