We are currently hiring a German-speaking Territory Sales Representative for a global leader in design and manufacturing technology, based in Barcelona.


This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships with C-level, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced and very innovative environment.


About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for a defined territory, driving new business through channel partners and developing tailored account strategies. You’ll play a key role in accelerating digital transformation for customers across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and media sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in your assigned territory
  • Identify and engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
  • Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and closing add-on opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Deliver impactful client presentations and facilitate discovery workshops
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize customer value and retention


Candidate Profile

  • Native-level German speaker with fluency in English
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT or SaaS - full sales cycle
  • Strong track record in consultative selling and closing deals
  • Skilled in engaging executive-level decision-makers
  • Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Background in engineering, IT, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model and across multiple stakeholders
