We’ve got big plans to expand into new markets and make a meaningful impact on the world of payments. To help us get there, our Commercial team is on the lookout for a new SDR!


About the role:


The SDR plays a pivotal rol in drive top-of-funnel growth and efficiency by proactively engaging and qualifying inbound and outbound leads. This persol will act as the critical bridge between marketing-generated MQLs and Sales Managers, ensuring a consistent flow of sales-ready opportunities.


Your responsibilities:


  • Lead Outreach & Qualification: Execute multi-channel outreach (email, calls, social) to new leads, uncovering pain points and readiness to buy.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM hygiene—log activities, update lead statuses within agreed SLAs.
  • Playbook Execution: Follow and refine RevOps-defined scripts, cadences, and qualification frameworks to optimize conversion rates.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics (e.g., first response time, conversion ratios) to RevOps for continuous process improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to feedback on campaign effectiveness and with Sales managers to ensure smooth hand-offs and hand-back loops.


About you:


  • 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar rol in B2B Payment industry is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel dynamics and B2B lead-qualification methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and familiarity with RevOps tooling (Clay).
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing dashboard metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Resilient, tenacious approach to outbound prospecting and rapid follow-up on inbound inquiries.
