TV Show Producer – Join the Future of Fashion & Entertainment!

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Coordinate and schedule performers, crew, and on-air talent;
- Lead and film full TV segments independently;
- Make key decisions on editing and content flow together with senior producers;
- Generate and pitch new segment ideas that align with our brand and drive engagement;
- Supervise the work of lighting, sound, camera and design teams;
- Meet daily deadlines without excuses – show must go on;
- Work flexibly (including evenings/weekends if needed);
- Constantly look for ways to raise quality and viewer ratings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone who thrives under pressure, not collapses;
- Strong communicator – clear, direct and constructive;
- Meticulous with details: you’ll catch errors before anyone else does;
- Creatively driven, with an eye for visuals and storytelling;
- Self-sufficient and proactive – you won’t be spoon-fed;
- Eager to learn, willing to put in the effort, and not here to "try something out";
- Solid English is a must – spoken and written.
⚠ If you're just looking for "a cool job in TV" without understanding the workload and intensity – this role is not for you.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus – not a deal-breaker.
- Experience in TV/media is not required – we will train you.
- You must, however, show dedication, adaptability and strong work ethic from day one.
