We are looking for a motivated and energetic German-Speaking Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious Google project, combining consultative sales with digital marketing support.
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping German-speaking clients grow their businesses through tailored digital solutions. You will build strong customer relationships, understand their marketing goals, and offer strategic guidance to maximize their online presence and return on investment.
This is an ideal role for someone who is goal-driven, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow in the fields of sales, digital advertising, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their business needs and provide customized advertising solutions.
- Promote Google Ads products and services through outbound sales calls, emails, and video meetings.
- Work closely with marketing specialists and account managers to deliver impactful digital strategies.
- Identify new sales opportunities and help existing clients scale their campaigns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and report on campaign progress and KPIs.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and Google product updates.
Requirements

Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Ads or digital tools is a strong advantage.
