Looking for a Co-Founder in Barcelona! - Let’s build meaningful experiences for brands and companies together.

Location: Barcelona (on-site)

Compensation: Non-salaried role with co-founder equity opportunity

I’m the founder of Make My Day – a creative experience agency that curates workshops, events and activations for corporate teams, brands, and communities. Our work centers around well-being, sustainability, gastronomy, and creativity.

After 8 years of crafting impactful experiences in Istanbul, I’ve recently expanded to Barcelona to bring the same spirit to a new, vibrant ecosystem. Now, I’m looking for a co-founder to build this next chapter alongside me.

Who I’m looking for someone who’s excited by the power of experiential marketing and is ready to step into a co-creator role:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, sales, or community building
• Strong knowledge of B2B ecosystems
• A solid understanding of Barcelona’s business, creative or wellness networks
• Fluent or native in Spanish and Catalan; professional proficiency in English
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and a desire to build from the ground up

The role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your profile and passion

*The search is primarily for someone based in Barcelona, but I'm also open to exploring this kind of partnership in cities like Madrid, London, Amsterdam, Dubai etc.

I’m ready to combine my experience with the right partner to create impactful, exciting projects for brands and companies in Barcelona.
