ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing & Communications Lead to manage product marketing and communication activities as well as lead generation efforts to support positioning and sales through local markets. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution across branding, product marketing, digital campaigns, Account Based Marketing, events, and content creation for our website and social media Networks.


You will be doing things like...

  • Define and execute marketing strategy to support product positioning, demand generation, and revenue growth (Financial Wellness, Open Finance, Personal Finance Management, SME Banking). Cooperate with local marketing and sales team to define specific local plan
  • Develop and optimize ABM campaigns, outbound sequences and workflows, and inbound activities to generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • Scout, plan and attend high-impact events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives, both in-person and virtual to support sales activities. Design event strategies and messaging tailored to regions and audiences, prepare event materials, manage pre-event outreach and post-event follow up, including CRM updates and ROI reporting
  • Track, measure and analyze the impact of each promotional activity in order to plan how to better invest marketing & communication budget and share results with local markets
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Partners to translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging and market-ready materials.
  • Market intelligence: monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategy and maintain market relevance.
  • Define design, content structure and migration of the current website to a new CMS platform
  • Manage and optimize marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Web Analytics).
  • Content: write and design sales enabling materials including presentations, one pagers, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and social media assets in cooperation with Pre sales and Product team. Adapt content for local markets understanding relevant trend topics.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate with external providers, including designers, and event organizers.
  • Align closely with Corporate Marketing to ensure consistency across global brand initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insight and clear communication to internal teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned, on time, and delivering measurable results.


You will be using your...

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or related technology sectors.Proven expertise in strategic marketing, product positioning, campaign execution, and lead generation.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Umbraco or similar), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Search Console) and Gen AI tools (es Copilot)
  • Familiarity with graphic and design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe creative suite)
  • You speak proficiently in both Spanish and English and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment;
  • You are curious and interested in digital transformation impact on banking and how financial institutions can maximize customer life time value;
  • You have good presentation, communication and writing skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work successfully in a multidisciplinary team as an individual contributor but possess strong team-working skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude to follow in parallel different initiatives with a strong focus to reach impactful results
