EBRO SUV is a leading automotive company committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled IT Business Partner to join our team and support our IT initiatives, streamline business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and IT solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage IT projects that support the company's strategic goals.
- Analyze and improve business processes through the implementation of appropriate technologies.
- Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Provide support and training to end-users to maximize the efficiency of IT solutions.
- Ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Lead data migration strategies to ensure accurate and complete transfer of data from legacy systems.
- Stay updated with technological trends and recommend continuous improvements.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and support.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to IT solutions.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions, preferably including Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP ERP modules.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
