We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our Customer Communication Management (CCM) team.

This role is perfect for someone who is just starting their career in technology and wants to grow by working with platforms like Quadient, Exstream, CSF, and more — in real projects that impact customer experience at scale.

What you will do:

• Support the development and maintenance of communication solutions
• Assist in programming and designing document templates
• Help troubleshoot service-related issues and client requests
• Collaborate in the setup and testing of CCM platforms (e.g., Quadient, Exstream)
• Contribute to the analysis of functional and technical requirements
• Follow best practices in CCM projects with guidance from senior team members
• Document technical and functional solutions clearly

What we expect from you:

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (JavaScript, XML, etc.) is a plus
• Good command of office tools (Word, Excel)
• Bonus: initial exposure to any CCM platform (Quadient, Exstream, CSF, StreamServe, Papyrus, etc.)
• High motivation to learn and grow in the tech field
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and team spirit
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Completed or ongoing university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Or a Vocational Training degree, preferably in Web Application Development (DAW) or a related technical area.
• Proficiency in the Catalan language.
