The Role


We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales to lead and drive the growth of our Lighters Division within a defined international territory.

In this key commercial role, you will be responsible for achieving strategic goals, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our market presence. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand performance and execution.


Your Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and nurture the existing client portfolio while actively working to grow it.
  • Conduct commercial prospecting and negotiations through remote channels such as phone calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Identify the key decision-makers responsible for establishing agreements with our company in the context of market prospecting.
  • Manage key relationships with clients and distributors, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Prepare regular reports, meeting minutes, and follow up on administrative actions to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals (product details, pricing, brand messaging) in line with the company’s sales policy.
  • Maintain proactive and persistent follow-up with prospects and clients to advance sales opportunities and ensure successful deal closure.


What We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial or sales management roles, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in working with international clients and multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus such as French).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP & Power BI is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately one week every 2 to 3 months

  • Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:15–8:45 to 17:45–18:15 (including 45 minutes for lunch), and Friday from 8:15–8:45 to 14:00–14:30.
  • This position is 100% on-site (no remote work).
