The development program

Before the start of the development program, you will follow the online Anaplan training which will be followed by a 2-week assessment & training program. After that, the development program will continue with another 4 weeks of training will cover the following:

1. Introduction in general Finance processes such as Planning, Reporting and Consolidation
2. Introduction into tools for planning, forecasting and financial reporting (Anaplan & SAP BPC), Advanced Excel training and developing demo's
3. Project Management skills training (including Agile and Scrum methodology)
4. Advanced English course, presentation and advisory skills training
5. Marketing / Social media and commercial awareness training
6. Personal coaching and Team building events

Your future profile

A Solution Consultant that provides functional and technical expertise regarding all aspects of a corporate financial reporting tool. The successful candidate will be able to quickly understand our clients' business issues and requirements. He/she will be discussing solutions and providing recommendations to high level executives within a broad range of companies. These are some examples of companies we worked for: Danone, Asics, Heineken, Yamaha, Philips and Cargill.

To be able to grow into the role of Solution Consultant we think the following characteristics are important:

3. Problem solving and analytical
4. Financial, logistical or technical background and interests
5. Love numbers, solving mathematical puzzles and finding cause-effect relationships
6. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
7. Good level of English, additional languages are an advantage
8. Willingness to travel
9. Fun to work with!

Some practical information

The complete program will be in English. The program will take place in Santander and we will provide accommodation for those who are from another province. Application starts in June, make sure you have contacted us before the 7^th of June. Assessment and selection will be in September, followed by the trainee program in October.
