K&K Talents is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in Poland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Role: QA Tester

Location: Madrid, Spain

Employment type: Full time Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2-3 years in a Test Lead or Senior QA role.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Direct experience with EHS/Sustainability software like e-Cow is a significant advantage.
• Strong proficiency in developing test strategies and overseeing comprehensive test case design and execution.
• Expertise in test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM Octane).
• Hands-on experience with at least one test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, UFT) and API/SQL testing.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
