We are growing our team and developing new sales channels for our products, so now we are looking for an experienced email marketing manager to join our team part-time.

If you have:

• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing with ownership of campaign strategy, creation, and reporting.
• Expert-level experience with Klaviyo: flows, segments, analytics, and deliverability.
• Advanced proficiency in English: able to write, proofread, and edit native-level email copy with excellent grammar and tone flexibility.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for creating and adapting visual assets.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavioral targeting.
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting and reacting to email performance data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on deadlines.

Your work scope is:

• Plan, build, and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional pushes, and automated flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, win-backs).
• Create visually appealing, on-brand email layouts using Canva or Photoshop.
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy tailored to different audience segments and campaign goals.
• Build and maintain automated journeys and behavior-based flows inside Klaviyo.
• Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and timing; use insights to guide campaign improvements.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement metrics.
• Monitor performance and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

• Work remotely, with flexible hours. Part-time up to 20h/week
• Hourly payment rate at $15/h or flat fee for your services
