Regional Business Development Executive – Nordics


A leading global company operating across multiple industries is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Executive fluent in Swedish or Norwegian to drive commercial growth across the Nordic territories. This is a confidential opening for a high-impact role, ideal for a driven professional with a strategic mindset and a strong record in consultative sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated Nordic region, developing and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
  • Identify key stakeholders, including senior-level decision-makers, and map out organizational priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Create tailored proposals aligned with client business goals, effectively presenting solutions that support long-term growth and operational success.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while expanding existing accounts through cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets by leveraging structured account plans, accurate pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver engaging commercial presentations and participate in strategic discussions with clients to uncover and influence future needs.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end excellence in client satisfaction.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (native-level proficiency) and professional English fluency.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in international environments or cross-border roles.
  • Proven ability to close deals, manage sales cycles, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable navigating corporate environments and presenting at executive level.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, with the ability to travel within the Nordic region occasionally.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Nordic market dynamics and purchasing behavior.
