Key Responsibilities

• Support to the Debt Capital Markets – Origination team with our FIG/Corporate/SSA clients.
• Active mandates: execution of active investment grade mandates with exposure to clients and full involvement in the entire transaction process.
• Pipeline: Build-up of current pipeline, pitching new ideas to clients and covering potential clients.
• Prepare pitch books to support to support marketing effort in cooperation with various teams across the bank (Coverage, M&A, SFI, Syndicate) and under supervision of more experienced colleagues.
• Market Analysis: preparation of regular market updates.
• Prepare case studies of completed transactions.
• Supervise the maintenance and accuracy of existing databases.

We are looking for self-motivated team players who can take advantage of the opportunities a dynamic team can provide.

Knowledge needed:

Graduates from top tier Business or Engineering schools.

Knowledge in using Microsoft Office.

Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.

Skills:

Essential:

Strong numerical and analytical ability.

Commitment, rigorous, detail-oriented attitude and ability to show initiative.

Language skills in Spanish and English (excellent writing and speaking skills) are required.

High standards of personal conduct, professional performance and business ethics.

Desirable:

Previous experience in Investment Banking / Global Markets Division is desired although not a requirement.

French knowledge would be a plus.

Some understanding of the Fixed Income product line.

Prerequisites:

• To have completed the degree (including TFG).
• Not have had a previous employment contract.
