Our client is an industrial company based in Barcelona.

Currently, and as part of its growth, the company needs to hire:

Human Resources Technician

We are looking for a professional to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee management, and daily HR tasks. The role reports directly to the HR Manager and contributes to maintaining an effective and organized HR function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support administrative HR tasks.
• Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Act as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and HR-related documentation.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support their Human Resources team in daily operations and employee management.
