Job Title: AI Consultant

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Consultant with a sharp eye for transformational opportunities and a proven ability to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that drive measurable value for clients.
This is a strategic consulting role — not a project management or team leadership position — focused on shaping bold AI initiatives and unlocking new value across key business areas.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Requirements
- Process reengineering and application of generative AI
- Experience with generative AI models such as ChatGPT
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL
- Programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R for developing custom solutions
- Experience using machine learning frameworks
- Implementation of cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with contact center automation platforms (e.g., Genesys)
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience in consulting firms or end clients, reviewing and implementing AI to improve business processes
- Experience in developing/configuring AI models
- Experience implementing chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-based automation solutions
- Experience working with large datasets and processing data for AI applications
- Experience in contact center–intensive industries (Insurance, Banking, Telecommunications, Energy, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition of the company’s AI strategy
- Lead the technical execution of AI-based application and solution development projects: identify technical and functional requirements, and collaborate with internal and external teams to implement AI in business operations
- Analyze and propose the application of generative AI in business strategy
- Adapt and optimize business processes through the use of data and AI
- Propose process reengineering to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline time and resources
- Support contact center process analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization using generative AI
- Implement proprietary or third-party solutions, conduct necessary testing, and define technical prerequisites
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful implementation of process changes
- Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective integration of AI solutions
- Evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and adjust to optimize performance
- Provide training and support for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies
- Stay current on trends in generative AI and best practices for contact center innovation
