Campaign Manager for Tech Hub en Barcelona

We are currently managing a Campaign Manager role for a global company driving digital transformation in retail and consumer analytics. This position will be to join their dynamic AdOps team and take ownership of high-impact campaigns across more than 28 countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, create, and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns (including programmatic).
  • Own and optimize campaign budgets while proposing improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams, external agencies, and tech providers.
  • Manage high-value campaigns using platforms like AdServer, DMPs, and tracking tools.
  • Drive performance through strategy, optimization, and innovation.


Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in online marketing or digital media.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Facebook Ads.
  • Solid understanding of digital KPIs and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Agile mindset with excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English is a must (Spanish, German or other languages are a plus).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or IT-related fields.
