We are currently managing a Campaign Manager role for a global company driving digital transformation in retail and consumer analytics. This position will be to join their dynamic AdOps team and take ownership of high-impact campaigns across more than 28 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, create, and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns (including programmatic).
- Own and optimize campaign budgets while proposing improvements.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams, external agencies, and tech providers.
- Manage high-value campaigns using platforms like AdServer, DMPs, and tracking tools.
- Drive performance through strategy, optimization, and innovation.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in online marketing or digital media.
- Hands-on experience with tools like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Facebook Ads.
- Solid understanding of digital KPIs and programmatic ecosystems.
- Agile mindset with excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is a must (Spanish, German or other languages are a plus).
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or IT-related fields.
