Join our growing international accounting team in Madrid! We're looking for an experienced Accountant with strong UK GAAP expertise to manage key accounting projects and ensure high-quality financial reporting for our global clients.
You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and play a critical role in delivering accurate financial statements while using the latest Microsoft BC ERP tools and automation solutions.
Responsabilities:
- Prepare and deliver financial statements and reports in compliance with UK GAAP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with both local and UK accounting/tax standards.
- Plan deliverables and organize tasks effectively across projects.
- Support audit processes by preparing and submitting relevant documentation.
- Work with Microsoft Business Central (BC) and contribute to process improvement and automation.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5?7 years of experience in a professional services firm or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and local accounting/tax regulations.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and client reports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft BC (Business Central ERP) is a plus.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) ? required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver excellent service.
