We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Finance Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team

About Us:
Econergy is a fast-growing, publicly traded company specializing in developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy projects (PV, Solar & storage)
Responsibilities:
- Support project financing transactions from A to Z.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and finance legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution and closing of cross-border project finance transactions.
Requirements:
- Licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from a law firm, focusing on project financing within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in cross-border transactions and PPAs is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Law degree from a reputable academic institution.
