We’re Hiring 2 SDRs to sell sports cruises like a Champion! ⚽

Two positions available:

1. SDR (English + Spanish + Catalan)
2. SDR (English + German)

Are you a competitive go-getter who loves sports, thrives on adrenaline, and knows how to close deals like a pro? We’re looking for two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and sell luxury sports cruises to clients worldwide (B2C). Your mission: Prospect, pitch, and close deals while delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Think of yourself as the Messi of Sales—dribbling past objections and scoring dream vacations for your clients!

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle sales: From inbound leads to closing deals, you’ll own the entire sales process for high-end sports cruises.
• Book demos and crush quotas: Schedule virtual tours (demos), showcase the luxury experience, and seal the deal.
• Build fan-like relationships with clients, ensuring their journey is smooth from booking to boarding.
• Multichannel hustle: Use LinkedIn, email and phone to achieve your goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural winner: You’re persuasive, resilient, and love the thrill of the hunt.
• Sports fanatic: Football (soccer), sailing, or any competitive sport is your language—you’ll bond with clients over shared passion.
• Bilingual superstar: Fluent in English + Catalan OR German (bonus points if you can negotiate in multiple languages!).
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with Hubspot, Aircall, video demos, AI powered tools, and social selling.
