Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Analyst to join our Financial Crime Prevention Ops Team of Financial Crime Prevention Tribe

The responsibility of this team is to ensure all customer due diligence measures are met during the different CDD events (onboarding, CDD review, etc.), aligned with local and global standards and our way of working requires skills in process monitoring and reporting, teamwork, attention to detail, data mindset, accountability and proactivity.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Financial Crime Prevention Analyst you will:

• Customer Due Diligence: Be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to ensure completeness and consistency of customer knowledge.

• Monitoring: Design, establish and oversee effective monitoring framework to ensure proper process performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Reporting: Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

• Projects: Engage in end-to-end projects, encompassing functional process design and testing, while effectively balancing efficiency, risk management and strong focus on customer experience.

• Results-oriented: Positively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role with proven expertise in projects, monitoring, and reporting along with CDD knowledge.
• KYC-CDD Know-How: Deep understanding of Customer Due Diligence regulation and practices.
• Education: University Degree.
• Language skills: Fluency in English & Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Team player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, with great communication skills, building solid and productive working relationships.
• Data Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data fluency, particularly with Excel and SQL. Experience with BI apps would be highly valued.
• Problem-solver: Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to tackle complex issues.
• Organization & Resilience: Robust planning, organizational, prioritization and time management skills, maintaining resilience and adaptability to address arising needs.
• Results orientation:  Exhibit a “can do” attitude with focus on achieving set goals, managing complexity and thriving in dynamic environments.

Estamos buscando a Financial Crime Prevention Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo de Financial Crime Prevention Ops de la Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.

Como Financial Crime Prevention Analyst, serás responsable de:

• Debida Diligencia del Cliente: Realizar una debida diligencia exhaustiva en clientes nuevos y existentes para asegurar la completitud y consistencia del conocimiento del cliente.
• Monitoreo: Diseñar, establecer y supervisar un marco de monitoreo efectivo para asegurar el rendimiento adecuado del proceso e identificar áreas de mejora.
• Reportes: Diseñar e implementar informes y paneles de control completos para proporcionar información accionable que impulse la toma de decisiones.
• Proyectos: Participar en proyectos de principio a fin, abarcando el diseño funcional del proceso y pruebas, equilibrando eficazmente la eficiencia, la gestión de riesgos y un fuerte enfoque en la experiencia del cliente.
• Orientación a Resultados: Contribuir positivamente al logro de los objetivos departamentales, fomentando una cultura de trabajo en equipo y mejora continua.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Experiencia: Más de 3 años de experiencia profesional en un rol similar con experiencia comprobada en proyectos, monitoreo y reporte junto con conocimientos de CDD.
• Conocimiento en KYC-CDD: Comprensión profunda de la regulación y prácticas de Debida Diligencia del Cliente.
• Educación: Título universitario.
• Habilidades lingüísticas: Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y partes interesadas a todos los niveles, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, construyendo relaciones de trabajo sólidas y productivas.
• Mentalidad de Datos: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y fluidez en datos, particularmente con Excel y SQL. La experiencia con aplicaciones de BI sería muy valorada.
• Resolución de Problemas: Capacidades avanzadas de análisis y resolución de problemas, con la habilidad de abordar cuestiones complejas.
• Organización y Resiliencia: Habilidades robustas de planificación, organización, priorización y gestión del tiempo, manteniendo la resiliencia y adaptabilidad para abordar las necesidades emergentes.
• Orientación a Resultados: Exhibir una actitud de "puedo hacerlo" con enfoque en lograr los objetivos establecidos, gestionando la complejidad y prosperando en entornos dinámicos.
