Lo que vas a hacer
Main Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of Kanguro in Germany, collaborating with multiple departments such as Expansion, Customer Support, and Operations
- Assist with daily operational tasks related to Germany, including communication with local pickup points and carriers
- Provide first-line support to users of our platform
- Handle user inquiries and resolve issues through multiple channels (chat, email, phone, internal platforms, etc.)
- Coordinate with the operations team to troubleshoot shipment and delivery-related issues
- Collect and organize user feedback to help improve the customer experience and platform features
- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the user knowledge base and internal support documentation
