nternship tasks:
- Responding to incoming client enquiries, mainly by e-mail and via phone
- Assisting clients with check-ins
- Researching, writing and editing content for online publication
- Creating content for social media, blogs, magazines and more
- Translation of texts from Spanish or English to native language
- Administrative tasks and providing general support to both customer service and marketing teams
We are a company based in Barcelona that specialises in short and long-term rental of apartments
- Located in city centre of Barcelona
- Dynamic, international team
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week
- Available to work 1 Weekend/Month
- Native German AND excellent English is
- required. Some knowledge of Spanish is required. Please do not apply if your English is not excellent.
We require the following skills:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and good knowledge of the Internet
- Organized, efficient, creative and the ability to use initiative
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good typing skills and excellent grammar skills
- Interest in languages and international environment
You must be currently studying and be
able to provide an internship agreement from your school or university.
