You will support the fast growing demand for our products in order to grow our revenues and your abilities. PapayaPods.com is a software solution for professional landlords, housing operators, rental agencies or student accommodation providers, that automates and digitalises rental housing processes and centralises them in one place. From single apartments to large portfolios, PapayaPods is a global and scalable solution. It is a fusion of an online marketplace for apartment and room rentals and a management tool covering the entire rental journey, beginning with the move-in, all the way throughout the stay until the move-out. Launched in spring 2016, PapayaPods is now active in the major cities in the French and German speaking areas of Switzerland, as well as London and Barcelona.
Description of the Job
Lead generation in the Spanish&British or French-speaking market
Contact prospective clients such as universities, student associations, student residences and real estate agencies through cold calling and e-mails
Conduct due diligence reports of potential clients in order to have a better understanding of their current situation, needs and level of priority
Communicate with current and potential clients in order to encourage trusting relationships and customer support
Aid in maintaining current client portfolios
Assist in the implementation of offline & online campaigns and promotional events related to sales activities
Conduct market analysis
Use of Pipedrive for client Management
Update spreadsheets, calendars, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
Use of social media channels and platforms for brand awareness and potential client acquisition
Promote and Market client portfolios/listings
Develop and write marketing content that will be deployed across social media channels
Cross Promotion and Link Building
