Job description

The position of Recruitment Trainee entails the following responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment processes by posting job offers, screening applications, conducting interviews (phone and face to face);
• Proactively using e-recruitment tools and social media to source top qualified candidates and keeping up-to-date with new trends in sourcing;
• Communicating with applicants and hiring managers professionally while maintaining a high level of confidentiality;
• Maintaining close collaboration with universities for internship recruitment;
• Helping out with office management duties: stock take of kitchen resources and office material and receiving parcels.

Essential Criteria:

• Fluency in English, with great communication skills;
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
• Hunger and passion to work in HR Recruitment;
• Results-orientated and highly self-motivated
• High attention to detail
• Good multitasker and teamplayer
• Good time management and organisational skills
