We are looking for a highly motivated native Italian speaker currently enrolled in or just finishing a Masters Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing to join us in our European Headquarters in Madrid for a full-time paid internship. You’ll work across a wide variety of marketing channels and will interact with many different departments within the business. You’ll be expected to have a hands-on approach and you will be given responsibility from an early stage to make decisions which will directly impact the business.

Channel Management
Defining campaign goals and measuring performance closely against various KPIs
Creating campaign assets using tools such as Google Tag Manager and graphic design software
Campaign optimisation using a variety of digital marketing tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics,Facebook Power Editor, Mail Chimp, Tableau)
Social media management across all leading platforms
Marketing Strategy
Participate in defining the B2C and B2B marketing strategy
Propose and implement tests of different acquisition and retention offers, channels, creative, etc
Work closely with the Sales department to gather and interpret Sales data and adapt marketing tactics accordingly
Content & Product Marketing
Responsible for producing and optimising content for the main website, blogs, emails and in-app communications
Work closely with the Product department to ensure all new product features are designed and implemented appropriately for the Italian market
Responsible for localizing all new product content
Reporting and Analytics
Conducting market, channel, campaign and customer analytics using BI and CRM tools (Tableau and Salesforce)
Monitoring tests to identify successful initiatives that can grow the business
Sharing reports and insights across the business
