THE JOB (Sofia, Bulgaria) :
- To solve problems related to the gaming industry (tickets)
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- To perform data entry and use software programs
- Research skills are required to troubleshoot customer problems
PREREQUISITES:
✔ Graduates of High School or equivalent
✔ Native or Fluent SPANISH, FRENCH or GERMAN (highly skilled - C1/C2)
✔ Good General Knowledge of PC
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Passionate about customer services and strong team spirit
