Retail Investments Operations

Your main tasks:

• Processing of internal and external Securities transfers
• Processing of securities account bookings and coordination of delivery routes using internal and external interfaces
• Tax settlement of securities transactions
• Processing and monitoring the settlement
• Processing of Securities account deletions
• Processing of Securities instructions (delivery against payment/free of payment) locally and across borders
• Analysis and processing of information and Securities notifications from depositories and forwarding of information to customers and internal streams
• Point of contact for internal stakeholders and external business partners in Germany and overseas
• Adhoc tasks, for instance, preparation and execution of test activities
• Participation in projects in the work place environment
• Participation in maintaining and improving process quality

You are best suited if you:

• have completed an education in banking
• have experience in (retail) securities processing
• have sound business and tax experience in the Securities business
• have a high affinity for Securities
• have the desire for continuous improvements
• have a high level of comprehension and is independent, have careful and structured way of working
• have a high level of personal and team accountability
• have a good command of written and spoken German and English
