We are currently looking for a HR Intern to join our company.

Purpose of this role:

  • The HR Intern carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/staffing and employment, performance management, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
Recruits and coordinates staff for various positions through social networks, using the corporate web-pages and utilising other resources


  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Communication with the whole organisation on HR related issues
  • Assist management with development of compensation and benefits systems
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends
  • Assist with HR Generalist activities including research and analytics
  • Assist with assigned projects related to the HR Department's strategic goals and/ or ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with HR general activities including employment verification, processing mail, and onboarding new hires
Experience and Qualifications:


  • University Bachelor's degree/ Student - Economics, Human Resources, Business Development or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Human Resources positions is a plus
  • Experience within an international environment
Required Competencies:


  • Excellent level of English language
  • Dynamic, open minded and able to multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
