About ETFmatic
We are a technology based discretionary investment manager who provide customers with a transparent investment platform where we build and manage their tailored ETF portfolios:
- Offer an investment thesis based on index investments
- Customers can choose between EUR and GBP based accounts
- Back-end technology hand built in-house for customer personalization, where we offer more than 150 ETF portfolios
Content
We will establish internship objectives and re-assess them periodically so you can contribute to some of the following activities:
- Market research to support business models and marketing decisions
- Responsibility for digital marketing efforts
- Support in the design and development of business plans
- Aiding in portfolio constructions and other investment related topics
- Controlling and updating internal processes
As a young firm focused on nurturing talent we are very interested in dedicating all possible time to help you contribute and would like to commit to at least the following checkpoints:
- Preparing you to understand and apply some of our key methodologies for future investment related topics
- Expanding your understanding for start-ups and their strategic efforts within, i.e. digital marketing
- Weekly checkpoint with designated mentor to receive your feedback and plan next steps
- Offering a recommendation letter highlighting your contributions during the internship
We expect the selected candidate to prepare a brief memorandum covering the following topics that can be submitted as part of your internship report:
- Description of internship activities, what you contributed and what you learnt
- Detailed suggestions on how to improve our internship program
- Any feedback of our firm or investments you wish to share

We will schedule an interview with a selection of the candidates and invite them to our offices located on C/Sanchez Pacheco 82A 4th floor, Madrid. The selection will be based on the following criteria:
- Interest and potential fit into our team and activities
- Capacity and attitude to generate value from day 1 and develop professionally every second of the internship
- Relevant skills, including finance, and understanding of "e-business" and startups
Compensation
The intern will receive 500 EUR as full-time monthly contribution.
