INTERNSHIP IN HR AND RECRUITMENT
HR responsibilities:
- Induction process for new hires (compile required documentation, update the HR system...)
- Conduct audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data
- Assist with termination processes, ensuring that all proper termination paperwork has been completed and signed
- Assist employees in answering questions regarding policies and procedures
- Organize Health and Safety trainings and coordinate with the our Health and Safety provider in order to comply with local regulations
- Perform general administrative duties including, scanning, fedexing, filing, copying and answering phone calls
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Assist with Job Posting, Interview Scheduling, CV Screening
- Effectively assess and process potential candidates
- Use a variety of website and resume databases to find the most accurate candidates
- Update and maintain Job Descriptions of different departments
- Advertise internship programs
- Maintain different databases
Requirements:
- Be able to sign an internship agreement with the University you are enrolled in
- Bachelor Studies of Human Resources or similar (Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology...)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (a 3rd language will be a plus)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Attention to detail
