Degustabox is looking for a resolutive Market research intern to join their young, dynamic and multinational team at the company´s headquarters, in Barcelona. The role is to be filled by July.
The position of Market research & Customer service intern entails the following responsibilities:
-Contribute to customer and brand satisfaction through operations activities
-Contribute in creating the Best Market Research for the Brands we collaborate: Analyze data from surveygizmo, analyze quantitative and qualitative data for market research
-Support Brand Campaign activities
-Customer service activities: Follow-up Zendesk requests, complaints and solve effectively customer calls
-Prepare social media clippings
Essential Criteria:
-French Native e. I.e. French is your mother tongue and you have lived/worked for at least 5 years in the France.
-Teamplayer, Organised and resolutive
-Customer service sensibility, kindness, helping approach
-Patient and willing to help and solve issues
-Empathy
-Analytical skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn personality
